
Vacuum forming is a method of forming a plastic sheet into many
and various shapes. This is done by heating the plastic to a given
temperature and pulling it, by using a vacuum, over a mould.
The ranges of materials that can be vacuum formed are extremely
wide and varied and will suit most applications.

There are many other uses for vacuum forming. Some form an integral
part of products and are often used instead of injection-moulded
parts.
As we have literally thousands of tools it is likely that we
may have an existing tool to suit your requirements, which will
save you extra expense and time.
Please refer to the examples detailed above when formulating
your order / enquiries as this will help us to accurately interpret
your requirements.

- the type of material required
- the quantity
required
- a sketch if possible with dimensions
(preferably in mm)
- the item(s)
you wish to house / pack /display (if a sample is available
this would be of great

will be returned to you on completion of the design).
