Lay - Flat Boxes / Cartons come in many types and have many applications.

These boxes are of particular interest where storage is at a premium or where there are large quantities of items to be packed.

To mention just a few of the different types of lay – flat box / cartons there are available:

BOX WITH TWO TUCK IN ENDS
This is a lay - flat box, which is made up by tucking in the ends to form the top and bottom

BOX WITH ONE TUCK IN END AND CRASH LOCK BOTTOM
Similar to the above, but the bottom is formed automatically as the box is assembled.

FOUR FLAP BOX
This is a box that is assembled by folding the four flaps before taping

LAY-FLAT MAKE UP BOX
This is a box that is fully made up by folding in self – locking flaps, i.e.: no glued seam

ALL OF THESE BOXES COME IN VARIOUS FINISHES SUCH AS:

• covered – plain / patterned / pictured
• flock sprayed
• plain white
• plain brown
• coloured board
• corrugated board
• clear pvc
  
  

THEY CAN ALSO BE:

• printed
• colour blocked (with your logo etc)
• embossed (with your logo etc)

• any other requirements (such as colour blocked etc)
• the quantity
• the item(s) that you are going to pack-including the weight (If a sample is available this would be of great help-it will be returned to you upon completion of the design of the box
